Partnership: America Community Facelift Corp. (ACFC) & ACNS Business Solutions

ACFC serves as program facilitator, coordinating educational programming in partnership with licensed business professionals from ACNS Business Solutions.

WorkReady is a workforce readiness initiative that equips residents—especially New Americans, returning citizens, and underemployed adults—with marketable business and administrative skills. Participants receive hands-on training in areas directly aligned with ACNS’s service offerings, including virtual assistance, HR support, compliance, and customer service.

Program Curriculum

The WorkReady program prepares participants for real-world employment through hands-on training and career development.

All practicum placements are conducted under the following guidelines:

  • Direct supervision by licensed ACNS Business Solutions professionals
  • Participants must complete required liability waivers and program agreements
  • All activities conducted in compliance with applicable labor and safety regulations
  • Comprehensive liability coverage maintained by program partners
  • Regular performance reviews and safety protocol training

Program Duration

  • Training Phase: 6 weeks
  • Practicum Phase: 4 weeks
  • Total Program: 10 weeks
