2. About America Community Facelift (ACFC)

America Community Facelift (ACFC) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to community revitalization through beautification, civic engagement, and generational stewardship.

All donations, purchases, and activities on this Site directly support ACFC’s charitable mission to improve neighborhoods and enhance quality of life in local communities.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

a. General Donations

All donations made through the Site are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Donations are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers (e.g., Donorbox, Givebutter, PayPal, Stripe). These platforms maintain their own privacy and data protection policies.

b. Tax Deductibility

ACFC is recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Donors will receive acknowledgment receipts for tax purposes.

c. Use of Donations

All donations support ACFC’s charitable mission, including beautification projects, civic engagement programs, youth training, and community wellness initiatives. ACFC maintains internal controls to ensure funds are used exclusively for charitable purposes.

d. Charitable Solicitation Registration
