Small Changes Can Build Healthier Communities
A hands-on summer workshop series created to educate, empower, and inspire the Linden community.
Serenity Space invites the community to a practical composting workshop series focused on reducing waste, building healthier soil, and giving residents skills they can use at home or throughout their neighborhood.
Across six workshops, participants will explore composting fundamentals, healthy soil, vermicomposting, recycling, gardening, soil protection, and practical waste-diversion strategies through demonstrations and hands-on learning.
The workshops bring community members together with local sustainability organizations and educators, creating a space where environmental learning feels approachable, useful, and connected to everyday life.

Workshop Schedule
The Serenity Space series unfolds across six Saturday workshops from May through October. Sessions are scheduled from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
