1. Overview

America Community Facelift (ACFC) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to community beautification, civic engagement, and generational stewardship. This Return & Refund Policy explains how ACFC manages refunds for donations, program fees, and merchandise purchases made through www.ACFCusa.org (the “Site”).

We value transparency and strive to ensure that all supporters, donors, and customers have a clear understanding of how transactions are handled.

 

2. Donations

a. General Policy

All charitable donations made to ACFC, whether online, in person, or by mail, are non-refundable. Once a contribution has been processed, it is immediately applied toward ACFC’s mission-based programs and community initiatives.

b. Incorrect or Duplicate Donations

If you believe an error occurred (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or unauthorized transaction), please contact us within 7 business days of the donation date at info@acfcusa.org.
After review, ACFC may, at its discretion, issue a full or partial refund when:

  • The donation was made in error.

  • The donation was unauthorized or fraudulent.

  • A duplicate transaction occurred.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 15–30 business days.

c. Recurring Donations (Future Feature)

For recurring donations (monthly, quarterly, or annual giving), you may cancel your recurring payment at any time by:

Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled charge. Refunds for previous charges will not be granted unless due to technical or administrative error.

 

3. Event Registrations & Program Fees

Fees for ACFC events, training programs, or community workshops may be refundable under specific conditions outlined in the event’s registration details.
Unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may qualify for a refund (minus administrative fees).

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.

  • If ACFC cancels or reschedules an event, full refunds will be offered.

 

4. Merchandise and eCommerce Purchases 

When ACFC’s online shop launches, products such as apparel, accessories, or promotional items will be covered under the following guidelines:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items.

  • Returned products must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • Refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days of item receipt.

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Donation with Purchase” are not eligible for return or refund.

 

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. ACFC does not issue cash refunds. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

6. Processing Errors

If you experience a technical or billing error while making a payment or donation, please contact us immediately at info@acfcusa.org with your full name, transaction date, amount, and payment method used. ACFC will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
